Maintaining a website these days is easy, all of these systems are designed so anyone can use them with a little practice and with basically no knowledge of web design. The hardest task you face when creating a website is the very first step. Getting the hosting, associating it with your domain, and setting up the necessary FTP accounts, and MySQL databases. Let me do this for you, and start creating content in 48 hours or less!

A CMS (Content Management System) makes it easy for you to add content to your website, without Dreamweaver or any other kind of software. You simply use an editor in the administrator area of your website.

These systems vary from forums (phpBB, vBulletin), blogs (Wordpress), to basic website systems (Joomla, Drupal).

I’m open to look at any software you may find that isn’t below.

Open Source (Free) – Wordpress (blog and/or website), Joomla (website – 1000’s of extensions), Drupal (website – great for communities), phpBB (forum), Mediawiki (same software as wikipedia), osCommerce (shopping cart), Zen Cart (shopping cart), Magento (shopping cart) and any other software you can find.

Paid Systems – vBulletin (forum), phpFox (social networking script), Photostore (sell photos online), Photohost (host photos online).

The Procedure

Email me through that email, I check it multiple times a day and will get back to you as soon as I see it.

From there we will talk, and hopefully exchange messenger information so we can speed up communication.

I will then find the right hosting & domain for you, I will send you a link and walk you through the steps to buying your new products.

Once you have purchased and everything has gone through, you will send me your account information that they send you in an email.

What will I do in your account?

I will do a number of things to get everything live.

• I will associate your domain with your hosting – this can take up to 24hrs until you can view your website on the internet.
• Then I will set you up with a database, which allows these systems to store information.
• While I wait for your database to become live, I will set up an FTP user so I can transfer all of the software’s files onto your server. You will need this FTP user in the future if you want to change any images or files.
• After I upload all of the files onto your server, I will begin installing your system onto the server.
• Once everything is installed you will be able to see the default template and default text that comes with your software. This means you’re ready to login to your administration panel and start adding content!
• I will supply you with the user manual for your system so you can get a good grip on what you’re doing.

For additional charges, I can change the look of your website, and create any headers or images you may need.
